Ingredients

    • 500g Cadbury Dream White Chocolate, chopped
    • 200ml thickened cream
    • 300g Cadbury Old Gold Dark Chocolate, chopped
    • 300ml pure cream
    • 24 mini jam donuts
    • 200g fresh raspberries

    Method:

    1. Place white chocolate and thickened cream in a heatproof bowl. Heat in microwave on a low setting for 1 min and stir. Repeat this process, stirring after every 1 min burst until melted and smooth.
    2. Place dark chocolate and pure cream in a heatproof bowl. Heat in microwave on a low setting for 1 min and stir. Repeat this process, stirring after every 1 min burst until melted and smooth.
    3. Arrange donuts on a platter into a pyramid, spoon the white chocolate mixture onto donuts to keep them in place. Scatter over raspberries and drizzle with chocolate sauce.
