Berry & Passionfruit Smoothie Bowl



  • 1 heaped cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 frozen peeled banana
  • 1⁄4 cup milk of your choice (coconut or almond work well)
  • 2 passionfruit, halved
  • Coconut flakes, to serve
  • Chopped raw almonds, to serve


    1. Blend the berries, banana and milk in a high-speed blender until smooth (add a touch more milk if needed).
    2. Pour into two bowls and top with the passionfruit, coconut flakes and almonds.
