Anma’s Rum Balls

Recipe Anmas Rum Balls


    • 1 cup sultanas
    • 2 tbsp rum
    • 10 Weet-Bix
    • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut, plus extra for rolling
    • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
    • 1 395g can sweetened condensed milk

      Makes 24 | Prep time 45 mins (plus 1 day to marinate)


      1. Place sultanas and rum in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and let marinate for a day.
      2. Crush Weet-Bix in a large bowl, add coconut, cocoa, sultanas and condensed milk. Stir to combine and place in fridge for 30 mins to harden.
      3. Remove from fridge and roll into balls. Roll in extra coconut and refrigerate
