Ingredients
- 1 cup sultanas
- 2 tbsp rum
- 10 Weet-Bix
- 1/2 cup desiccated coconut, plus extra for rolling
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 395g can sweetened condensed milk
Makes 24 | Prep time 45 mins (plus 1 day to marinate)
Method:
- Place sultanas and rum in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and let marinate for a day.
- Crush Weet-Bix in a large bowl, add coconut, cocoa, sultanas and condensed milk. Stir to combine and place in fridge for 30 mins to harden.
- Remove from fridge and roll into balls. Roll in extra coconut and refrigerate
