Recipe Easy Sticky Pork Fillet


  • 2 x 300g pork fillets
  • ¼ cup tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp Chinese five spice
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • Crushed garlic
  • Crushed chilli


    1. Pre heat oven to 200°C.
    2. For the marinade, mix tomato sauce, Chinese five spice, honey, soy, chilli and garlic. Place the pork fillets into the marinade and coat well. For richer flavour, marinade overnight.
    3. Place on a hot BBQ to caramelise and seal for 5 minutes. Place in a non-stick baking tray and cover with foil. Bake in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
    4. This is great to serve at a BBQ with lots of different salads.
